In Planner, you can enter back-end sales or donations that you want to appear on guests' receipts. This tool is also used to enter the winners of any unsold silent auction packages that may get interest after the event.
Go to Tools > Enter Sales & Donations.
Search or sort to find the correct package. Click the bubble in the Select column and click Next.
Click the Find Supporter button.
Search or sort to find the name of the winner. Click the bubble next to the winner's name and click Assign. If the supporter is not listed, click Add New to create a new supporter record.
If the selected package is a Fixed Price package, enter the quantity the bidder is purchasing.
Enter the purchase amount, winning bid or donation amount. Do not enter symbols or cents. Ex. 1000, not $1,000.
Tip! You can enter $0 to assign a comp'ed item to a guest or indicate which raffle winners chose which prizes in a penny sale.
Click Save. If the selected package is a fixed price or donation package, click Save & New to enter more sales of the selected package. If the selected package is a silent auction package, click Assign More to assign a winner to another silent auction package.
Tip! To re-assign a package or change the winning bid amount, simply select a different bidder or enter a different amount and click Save. To completely remove a winner or undo a purchase or donation, go to Tools > Rescind.
Tip! Live Auction winners can also be quickly entered using the Assign Live Winners tool in Planner. Volunteers can also assign live auction winners and enter paddle raise donations on any device (phone, tablet, laptop) using the Volunteer Spotter Tool.
