Guests who do not swipe a credit card at registration can still avoid checkout lines by entering a credit card directly into their mobile bidding devices at event end. The My Bill screen lists all purchases, past payments, and balance due. If the balance due is greater than $0 and the guest does not have a credit card on file, he/she can click on the Express Checkout button to pay for any items and charges.
At auction end, My Bill displays all items and charges, previous payments, and the total balance due. To pay the balance with a credit card, click the Express Checkout button.
Enter cardholder's first and last name, select the credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), and fill out the credit card number, expiration date, and billing zip code.
Once all the credit card information is entered, verify the credit card and total amount. Press Confirm.
To receive a copy of your receipt by e-mail, press Yes and confirm or enter your email address.
Review the checkout directions. Press OK.
The My Bill screen is updated with the new payment and now lists a $0 balance due. If other charges are incurred, they are automatically charged to the same credit card.
